Prayer Walk | July 13 | 7:30-8:30am
Join us for an All-Church prayer walk as we prepare to show our community the love of Jesus! In addition, we will be meeting every morning of Vacation Bible School at 7:30am to pray for our outreach. Pastor Andrea will be at the cross in the courtyard with prayer lists. No experience is needed and non-walkers are welcome.
Glenkirk Strength Training | Thursdays | 6:30pm
On break the entire month of July
In August, we will meet in Room 15
All ages and any strength training level from new to expert are welcome to join us. We will have a warm up session then proceed into a Strength Training Session of weighted squats. Following that we will have a conditioning workout of 10-16 minutes of moderate to high intensity of various movements.
